Before you write
A few things are answered faster on their own pages: how a show gets made, how the flashing limits work, what it costs, and the questions people usually ask first.
If you are running something unusually large, or on a date you cannot move, say so at the top of the message. That is the kind of event worth talking through rather than discovering on the night.
