Free while Wildlights is in beta.
Every feature, any size of crowd, as many events as you like. No card, no trial clock, nothing to cancel.
What "free" covers
- Unlimited events and unlimited saved shows
- No cap on how many phones join
- The automatic show builder at all six energy levels
- Groups, questions and the preview
- Listening to an external source and syncing to it
- Saved colour sets on your account
What "beta" means
It means the product is real and working, and also that it is young. Things will change, occasionally without warning. Sign-in emails are not switched on yet. Nothing here has been proven across hundreds of events, because it has not been through hundreds of events.
If that is fine for your event, it is fine for us — and your feedback while it is free is worth more than the money would be.
What happens when it stops being free
At some point there will be paid plans. When that happens:
- Nothing you have already built will be taken away. Events and shows you have saved stay yours.
- You will hear about it before it happens, not on the morning of your event.
- There will still be a free way to run a small event. A school hall or a family party should not need a purchase order.
